Regional System and Process Lead (Demand Planning & S&OP)

As a System & Process Lead, he/she will be the point lead towards Planning Tools and Systems support and development, Data Integrity, Demand Planning process optimisation. The person is also required to onboard new team members and stakeholders on data points, systems and process.


Core Responsibilities :

• Design, Govern and standardize Regional Demand Planning tools and processes to synergise with both Global and BU Demand Planning processes to align to common business requirements.

• Be the APAC voice in Super User Networks and collaborate with other Market Groups on the future design and improvement of tools and processes.

•Design and orchestrates the implementation of demand planning processes and/or automated solutions to address process pain points, system gaps, controls, and business and functional requirements

• Lead TLG Demand Planning Training, onboard new demand planners and provide end user training for future continuous improvement of Demand Planning systems and tools.

• Monitor data ingestion to identify error exceptions and ensure operational integrity to support the delivery of weekly and monthly demand signals to downstream Global and MG processes.

• Key escalation point towards end user of the Demand Planning tools on 1st level issue resolution

• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify and resolve identified discrepancies to ensure end-to-end processes and capabilities are cohesive and coherent

• Establish capabilities within both Regional and BU Demand Planning, including Continuous Improvement to stay relevant and be proactive to changes

• Translating business goals and metrics into business process outcomes and related business cases for specific projects.

• Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.


Do you have what it takes?


• More than 5 years experience with degree in operations, project management, supply chain management, business or engineering.

• Tertiary qualifications in project management, such as ones from the Project Management Institute (PMI), or supply chain/operations certification, such as APICS or CPIM, are preferred.

• Ability to work within high-performing teams in highly collaborative environment.

• Comfortable working with big data, multiple systems and complex workflows.

• Experience in proactively driving end-to-end continuous improvement that positively affect all stakeholders.

• Some direct experience in Demand Planning/ S&OP will be an advantage.

• Ability to lead indirectly with strong influencing skills.

• Able to cut through complexity and clutter to identify issues, root cause and define resolutions.

• Able to operate in ambiguous environment while building trust and relationship within and outside of immediate team


This would be nice to have

• Experience with senior level stakeholder management of a business relationship

• Experience working simultaneously with various cultures preferred

• Ability to travel both domestic and international

• Experienced using IT as an enabler for increased performance, working with SAP, APO, BI and Excel.
