Admin and Sales Coordinator Executive

Responsibilities:

  • General Sales support duties
  • General logistics duties
  • Answering phone calls
  • General admin work
  • Filing and organizing
  • Arranging and packing stock for deliveries
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum
  • Nitec/’O’/Diploma Level qualifcation Experience in basic sales knowledge and logistics coordination preferred
  • Possess initiative, able to work
  • independently after training
  • Strong communications skill and
  • organized, ability to multi-task
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must (both written & spoken)
  • Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
