Our Operating Theatre Nursing team in Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital is expanding!
We are looking for Senior Nurse Managers, Nurse Managers, Assistant Nurse Clinicians, Senior Staff Nurses and Staff Nurses to join us.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the responsibilities of a Senior/Nurse Manager include but not limited to:
- Required to ensure effective delivery of optimal clinical care
- Manage staff development and resource management in daily operation of the unit
- Ensure that the system clinical policies and procedures are in line
- Provide ideas to nursing strategies and participate in the operational implementation of those strategies
- Engage in systems level thinking and its application to a variety of situations and contexts
- Provide leadership in the recruitment, selection, development and retention of nurses in partnership with the nursing team
