Sales Manager

Pipe Trade (sgp) Pte. Ltd.

You will be responsible for the promotion and distribution of water pipes, fittings and related accessories. The primary goal is to achieve revenue targets, increase market share and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves the entire sales process from identifying potential clients to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals within the water pipes, fittings and accessories market.


2. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities.


3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, contractors and suppliers.


4. Possess in-depth knowledge of water pipes, fittings, and accessories.


5. Prepare accurate and compelling quotations and proposals for clients.


6. Have strong relationships with plumbers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for major accounts.


7. Generate regular sales reports, providing insights into performance, challenges, and opportunities. Use data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.


8. Work within allocated budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve sales targets.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field, with relevance experience will be consider.


2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within the water pipes, fittings or construction industry.


3. Strong understanding of water systems, pipes, fittings, and accessories. Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations is a plus.


4. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, driving them toward common goals.


5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.


6. A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
