Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure franchisees’ operations comply with franchisor’s policies and standard operating procedures
- Perform audit checks of the centres to meet the key performance indicators of the operational and quality service excellence standards
- Involved in the setting up and licensing of new preschools and centres island-wide
- Handle Parents Feedback at Headquarter’s level and ensure optimum customer service recovery & service
- Ability to propose and implement new standard operating procedures and policies effectively across centres islandwide
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Early Childhood Studies
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experiences and proven track record of franchise management and preschool operations are preferred
- Analytical with business acumen
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Proficient in both spoken & written English
- Strong project management skills & passion to make a difference to people’s life through education
