Admin and HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Admin activities in the procurement workflow to raise purchase requisitions/orders etc
· Admin Activities in the receivable/payable workflow e.g. raising of invoice, ensure invoices are approve
· Assist General Managers on shipping matters
· Handle Work Permit recruitment documentation
· Filing Document
· Any Other Administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 1 year of relevant admin or related experience
· Good organizational skills
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Competent in MS office- Excel, PowerPoint and Word
· Ability to work independently and as a team
· Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
