Role Purpose/Mission:
· Drive retail sales in all TR SEA (7 countries: SG, TH, MY, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, 19 POS). Implement all updates as per brand calendar and in line with brand’s directions.
· Define retail strategy per country/ retailer/ POS in coordination with Area Sales Manager TR SEA to align sales target and means to achieve it
· Lead a team of 2 Retail supervisors for SG and TH markets, coordinate directly OSEA (MY, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam) markets and a team of 34 BAs across all different markets
· Ensure service excellence across all POS and by grooming the best BA team
· Work closely with Area Sales Director to identify business opportunities in the fast-paced environment
Main Accountabilities:
Retail management
· Define and plan retail strategy based on global and regional priorities via monthly planning
· Work in close collaboration with Area Sales Manager TR SEA to ensure suitable level of stock is available at all POS and to manage Sales target, how to deliver, what tools to use/ activate, growth drivers – to be presented and validated by Area Sales Director
· Put in place BA incentives and mechanism to drive sales within brand guidelines and strategy. Monitor/ Follow-up/ adjust when necessary
· Prepare monthly report with competition analysis, best practice on the market, operators’ activities, key information on the retail trends in the region to be shared during monthly team meeting
· Retail sales and Retail KPI’s follow-up via internal tools (Retail dashboard, CRM Aurora, Art of Perfection tracking, Art of Beauty KPI’s)
· Build strong work relationship and partnership with store management
· Roll-out of CRM regional initiatives with the support of Retail Supervisors
· Be the retail expert for the territory with quarterly presentations to top management (with support of Area Sales Director)
· Handle if any customer complaints/ liaise with Customer service and Clients affair case by case
Brand image and VM
· Work with SDVM team for all store visuals/ theme changeover per store, update planograms accordingly – ensure good implementation is done
· Coordinate with SDVM team and support for store renovation and openings
· Support team with installation report of new fixture
· Responsible for execution of Outposts and animations, VIP events with the support of Retail Supervisors
· Reports all required information and pictures to management.
· Ensure brand image is well respected online and offline
BA Management
· Ensure BA headcount is fulfilled in all locations and high motivation is delivered consistently throughout the year
· Work closely with Education Manager and Retail coach to fill the gaps in Education needs (per market, per BA if needed)
· Acquire brand and product knowledge to be a relay of information to BA’s (on top of Education team)
· Motivate and Care for the team by increasing engagement and loyalty to the brand
· Work closely with Retail supervisors to ensure all key messages are cascaded down to BAs as per brand guidelines
· Ensure Art of Perfection at counter and Art of Beauty in Facial Cabins have clear KPI’s and targets are reached on monthly basis

- Fluent in English. Mandarin/ Thai is a plus.
