The incumbent will be part of the HR Shared Services team, delivering professional, quality services to stakeholders in accordance with policies, procedures, local employment laws, and the Service Level Agreement as required.
The role:
- Responsible for accurate payroll processing and overseeing all payroll-related transactions, including CPF, Government Paid Leave / National Service claims, income tax, and related submissions in a timely manner.
- Generate payroll reports and prepare relevant financial and compliance reports.
- Administer employee medical claims and insurance benefits.
- Address and resolve payroll / benefits-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Responsible for employee life cycle data integrity in the HR system from onboarding to offboarding, including putting in place processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
- Provide accurate and timely recording, reporting and analysis of HR reports or metrics to support business requirements.
- Contribute to the shared services team in other roles, including budgeting, recruitment, work process improvement, and developing policies and procedures.
- Ensure the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
- Any other duties as required from time to time.
The person:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of payroll principles and relevant legislation, e.g., the Employment Act, the CPF Act, IRAS, foreign work pass requirements, etc.
- Analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently in an unstructured and dynamic environment.

- Prior experience in QuickHR system is highly desired.
