- Handling all company secretarial matters including but not limited to:-
a) Company formation
b) Preparation and filing of statutory returns
c) Preparation of resolutions of Directors and Members
d) Maintaining and updating of statutory records
e) Attending and taking down minutes at board/shareholders’ meetings
f) Striking off of company
- Ensuring that due diligence and compliance is performed
- Ensuring that statutory and regulatory requirements are met
- Liaising with auditors, accountants and other relevant stakeholders.
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma holder
- Completed or pursuing SAICSA or relevant post graduate/ professional qualifications will be of advantage
- Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 1967
- High professional integrity
- Meticulous attention to fine detail
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Must be able to work independently and interpedently
- Team player
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
