Beauty Trainer
Responsibilities
- Provide training and demonstration of the company’s beauty products and treatments to staffs and partners.
- Impart theory & practical knowledge of the company’s products and treatments
- To update training materials when necessary
- Assist Sales/Brand Managers in day to day Sales related matter and on the development of the brand
- Liaise with clients on changes/updates of products information
- Assist in customer growth and profitability targets.
Requirements:
- Possess relevant beauty qualifications
- Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise & train Mandarin speaking clients)
- Good presentation skill, well-groomed, good interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition
- Enthusiastic, energetic and able to motivate the sales staff to achieve high targets
- Confident and able to conduct training independently
- Mature, Driven, motivated and possesses a positive attitude
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
