Job Responsibilities


Business Support:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and executive administrative assistance to the Group CEO.
  • Record detailed minutes during management meetings and presentations at the request of the Group CEO.
  • Coordinate corporate communication initiatives and prepare presentations for both internal and external correspondence.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and Legal Counsel and Regulatory Compliance to ensure efficient management of business affairs.
  • Manage scheduling, prioritization, and preparation for all engagements, including coordinating travel schedules for the Group CEO when necessary.

Corporate Strategy Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and working teams, particularly senior leadership.
  • Compile and prepare management reports, statistics, presentations, and meeting agendas, including creating presentation materials for strategic meetings.
  • Assist in implementing significant changes to processes, collaborating with various departments to gather insights and feedback.
  • Conduct research and gather data on market trends to support decision-making, strategic planning, and business development efforts.
  • Assist in corporate strategy project management and related tasks.
  • Exhibit understanding of budgeting and expense management, with financial acumen considered advantageous.
  • Support marketing communications efforts by providing project administration assistance to the Marketing team.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, meetings, and team-building sessions.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the CEO.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, with a preference for roles involving interaction with leadership or senior management teams.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and discretion in all interactions, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A team player who can also work independently, demonstrating proactivity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to independently create PowerPoint slides.
