Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages like coffee, blended coffees, espresso drinks and teas, which will be served
- by the service staff in the lounge.
- Required to work on the barista coffee machines and coffee supplies
Requirements
- Shall have relevant certificates from local recognized institutions (e.g. WSQ Provide Specialty Coffee Service, Skills HQ Basic Coffee Barista, Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Barista Skills or equivalent).
- Foreign equivalent certificates will also be considered, subject to final approval and/or worked at established coffee joints of fine standards (artisan)
- Well-organized and responsible in maintaining a high standard of hygiene, proper handling procedures and cleanliness at workstation.
- Able to converse fluently in English. Proficiency in one or more of the local languages such
- as Malay, Tamil and Mandarin or key foreign language such as Japanese, French or German,must be fluent in English and with neutral accent.
