Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm
Working Location: Mandai Estate (15mins bus ride from Kranji MRT)
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of client's sites such as soft & hard services
- Tend to client's job requests, provide timely updates and reports as required
- Attend to client's emergency breakdowns and follow up with incident reports
- Oversee a team of 3 technical officers and technicians to carry out daily operations (projects, adhoc works and maintenance works, etc)
- Prepare quotations via SOR along with work proposal/ technical assessment
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Min Diploma in FM/ Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Min 5 years experience in Facilities Management
- Class 3 license preferred
