Our esteem client is looking for a Wintel Engineer to provide end user desktop support and server/network support as well as working closely together with the Project Manager on various technology projects.
You will provide daily break-fix support to clients in a professional, friendly and helpful manner:
- Work on technology projects with commercial clients
- Track and prioritise project and maintance tasks
- Keep the client updated regarding changes to their systems and project status
- Escalate to the team leader any issues that may impact to users across an office, eg:
- may impact to ability to execute disaster recovery plans
- are taking an unexpectedly long time to resolve
- impact key users
- recurring and may indicate an underlying infrastructure problem
- Remain contactable via phone out of hours
