Responsibilities
·Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, shift scheduling, ensure smooth operations, including initialising , implementing policies, procedure, inventory management, storage optimization, and order fulfillment, to ensure smooth safe, and efficient operations, play a pivotal role in the implementation of the 5S methodology. Your expertise in applying these principles will be critical to maintaining a high standard of excellence.
·Achieve inventory accuracy, Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies, manage inventory turnover, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with industry standards.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics and warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
·Assist the Head of Supply Chain to optimise and synergise the warehouse operations to meet the company’s objectives.
·Prepare related reports for the management.
·Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
•Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
•At least 3 years of managerial experience in warehouse and logistics.
•At least 5 years of warehouse and logistics experience working in a fast-paced environment.
•Working experience in Warehouse Management System such as Navision.
•Team player with people management and problem-solving skills.
