JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
1. Assist Senior Architect / Project Team Leader on all assigned architectural projects and co-ordinating design and project related matters between the clients and all consultants.
2. Co-ordinate, Organize, Monitor to ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved
3. Co-ordinate and communicate with Contractors & Consultants on technical issues
Requirements:
* The above Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor ‘s Degree in Architectural or equivalent in Building Architecture.
* Co-ordinate and communicate with Contractors & Consultants on technical issues
* Good technical knowledge, well-verse with local codes and regulations
* Able to communicate well with all levels & a good team player
* Having experience in HDB BTO projects
Required skill : Autocad BIM , Good knowledge of Government authorities requirements
