  • Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Dept in carrying out day to day administrative duties
  • Tracking & monitoring approved stocks to ensure deliveries are duly arranged.
  • Ensuing sales quotes are duly processed into a Sales order and in accordance with the policy and procedure.
  • Maintained proper filing of sales inquiries and quotations
  • Ensure propoer documentation, records and filling.
  • Coordinate and work closely with Sales Dept and Purchasing Dept.
  • Handle general adminstration duties.
  • Any ot her ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements

  • Obtained at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Positive working attitude, demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • The ability to multitask, works in a fast-paced environment, and meets deadlines.
  • Meticulous & high sensitivity in managing confidential reports.
  • Knowledge of MS office & proficient in Excel.
  • Must be willing to learn.
  • Able to start work immediately
