About Our Client
Our client is a well-known F&B retail brand with origin in China. With a proven track record of success across China, they are currently gearing up to establish more presence across SEA market. With Singapore as the strategic SEA HQ location, this position will help the HR Director with business partnering across the retail business.
Job Description
- Acting as the strategic partner of business leaders, provide HR solution to address business issues through in-depth understanding of the business directions.
- HR sounding board for the respective business unit throughout entire life-cycle of all employees.
- Drive organisation development with functional leaders and translate the strategy to different aspects of HR for implementation
- Develop hiring plan and partner with talent acquisition to bring in best available talents in the market to fuel the growth of business.
- Collaborate with COE team to carry out talent management activities such as performance & potential management, promotion, compensation adjustment, talent review, succession planning etc.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering capacity, preferably within Retail industry
- Experience working with regional teams in SEA and China would be a strong plus
- Possess strong logical thinking and data analysis ability;
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Highly adaptable, resourceful and creative to thrive in constant changing start-up environment.
