Job Description
· To provide administrative paperwork support in the daily operation of the Admin Department.
· To manage the Office Management’s Assets Tagging and Tracking.
· To facilitate Stationery, Toilet and Pantry Orders.
· General upkeep of the office.
· Oversee the schedule and duties of the Cleaner.
· Assist with procurement of general office supplies/purchase partition material/tools
· Provide general administrative support whenever required
· Data entry
· Handling construction workers daily schedule
· Assist OM in planning company event such as birthday mean/company trip
· Any other duties as and when required
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualifications
· Minimum Diploma, preferably in the field of Administration or equivalent.
Experience
· Preferably with 1-3 years of relevant experience in general administrative duties.
Additional Skills & Knowledge
· Responsible, dedicated and hardworking
· Possess initiative and meticulous in work
· Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
· Good interpersonal skills, initiative and able to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient in MS office applications
