Responsibilities
• Assist in the issuance of policy contracts and endorsements;
• Assist in the issuance of policy adjustment, member movement;
• Responsible for premiums computation and experience refund;
• Ensure tax invoices/endorsement schedules/medical cards are issued timely;
• Liaise with direct clients/intermediaries on employee benefits related queries via phone calls or email;
• Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation;
• Understand the workflow and to work with Section Head on identifying areas of improvement for operations efficiency;
• Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead;
• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks; and
• Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. The job requires significant data sorting and manipulation;
