Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of the Project.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period.
- Obtaining customer acceptance and approval for any variation requests.
- Follow up and ensure retention sum is recovered from main contractor/projects upon completion of project.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
