About Our Client
My client is a global F&B brand who is growing their presence in the region and we are helping to build their team here in Singapore. They are looking for a Director of User Operations - Regional who will be responsible for driving customers in the SEA region to their various online channels and grow their userbase. You will be responsible for leading a team of User Operations Manager in each markets and drive their omnichannel presence. The client is a strong industry leader within the F&B retails space with more than 2000+ outlets globally and is expanding to the region. Page is partnering with them in setting up their team here.
Job Description
The Director of User Operations - Regional will be owning the online channels and communities of the brand. You will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle management (CLM) and the whole customer journey online as well as driving marketing efforts to their online channels across different markets. You will also be reponsible in growing the team and brand presence in new markets as they expand beyond the Singapore and Malaysia markets where they already have a strong presence in.
They are looking for someone who ideally has worked on operational aspects with regards to online F&B channels, be it working with customers or merchants, they are open to candidates who has worked closely in optimising operations with merchants and users in internet companies outside of F&B as well. They will be looking for a hands-on, user-centric individual who is not afraid to roll up the sleeves to get things done and are able to make decisions driven by data. You will need to be well-versed in brand marketing as well as has had directly impacted the user growth for online channels prior. You should have managed multiple markets previously.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- 6 or more years' of experience in User Operations within B2C Internet companies
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders across seniorities and functions
- Quantitative and analytical skills; make good data-driven decisions
- Deep understanding of Internet and mobile app ecosystem, experience in managing F&B/retail in an online capacity is a plus.
