Roles & Responsibilities
- Play a key role in supporting the operations of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, Hybris Marketing, and Hybris Cloud Integrator applications within the company.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and users to integrate technical and application elements in alignment with business needs.
- Address incident and problem tickets escalated from the Service Desk within agreed-upon service level agreements.
- Engage with SAP team members across departments to implement change requests.
- Develop and update various documents including design specifications, configurations, process flows, test plans, and user guides, adhering to established methodologies.
- Conduct testing and implemented change requests following internal change and release protocols.
- Support user testing and delivered end-user training when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in configuring, extending business objects, developing, and designing user interfaces for CRM systems.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Applications Studio, UI5 (HTML5 & JavaScript), and Webservices is advantageous.
- Demonstrated initiative in driving process enhancements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in presenting ideas using clear and accessible language.
- Collaborative team player.
