Job Responsibility:
- Manage and ensure accuracy of the overall forecast, pipeline, and baseline metrics for all revenue types and dimensions for the current and future quarters.
- Strategically plan and forecast sales revenue, adapting to market trends and customer needs in the freight forwarding industry.
- Actively participate in global and local sales management meetings, contributing to efficient business execution on key sales operations topics like forecasting, territory management, compensation, and business analysis.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee territory management and operate compensation/incentive schemes to motivate and reward sales performance.
- Engage in transformation projects, contributing to pipeline development and expansion in Asian markets.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in sales operations, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Understanding of working environments in multinational corporations (MNCs), with a preference for candidates having experience in MNCs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Preferred experience in multinational corporations, especially in the IT industry, though not a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales pipelines and drive results in a dynamic business environment.
- Experience in leading or participating in cross-functional teams and projects.
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems in sales operations and pipeline management.
