Job Description:
Responsible for the development and execution of Project Management Plan, including planning, budgeting, monitoring & controlling, till completion of assigned project.
The Project Manager has the overall responsibilities of planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the Project, particularly in the following areas:
- Service Level Performance.
- Service Continuity and Availability.
- Support Services, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Routine Maintenance Management.
- Obsolescence Management.
The Project Manager is also responsible for communicating with all stakeholders.
- To plan, execute, monitor, and control the various technical/non-technical aspect of the Project.
- Manage in new setup or upgrade of Application/system/infrastructure projects.
- Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
- Provide project documentation and reports.
- Maintaining financial budget for the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
- Familiar with software development project life cycle and its risk/change management, with at least 2 to 10 years proven working experience in application development project management and leading multiple small project teams (1 to 5) concurrently.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification would be an added advantage.
- Experienced in Agile or Scrum methodology in project management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills, with leadership, planning, attention to details and multi-tasking skills
- Self-driven; results- and customer-oriented.
