Job Description
Data Management
- Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre, WBS) for Entity research and supporting entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
- Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
- Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
- Ensure grants documentations are well organised and maintained (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals).
Management Reporting
- Support the maintenance of Entity Management Reporting System (MRS), a data visualisation dashboard that runs on Tableau platform.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in MRS via designing and performing regular checks
- Manage stakeholders as owner of MRS, including the following tasks:
- Process and maintain user access for MRS
- Coordinate and conduct regular training for MRS users
- Manage queries and feedback from MRS users
- Prepare monthly management reports to Entity research and supporting entities
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance with 3 to 5years of relevant experience
- Those without experience but with good aptitude may be considered
- Proficient in MS Office application, Tableau
- Meticulous, organized and possess good communication skills
- Knowledge of SA and Bi reporting tools will be advantageous
- Contract (1+1year)
