Job responsibilities
- Report to General Manager of Engineering, you will formulate and implement business plans and promotions with customers to maximize profitability.
- Source for new business leads
- Lead negotiations with trade partners, build and maintain contact with key personnel to encourage continued business development.
- Prepare and develop monthly department meeting, quarterly reviews, annual plans, long term plans, and ongoing customer profitability.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative key customer relationships.
- Deliver monthly and annual Sales goals.
- Promote company’s new and existing products and its brands into appointed market and increase market awareness and share.
- Be the master of your own schedule, prioritizing time spent visiting accounts in order to meet and exceed monthly sales goal.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Business Admin / Marketing / Marketing communication
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant sales experience in Construction or Machinery industry
- Excellent understanding of the full sales & marketing mix.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up to date with latest trends and sales & marketing best practices.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player and capable of putting a positive spin on the brand.
