Job Description
This is a newly create role within the regional finance team to develop and enhance the FP&A and commercial finance capabilities within the region. You will drive the regional budget and forecast process as well as lead the business planning discussion. You will be working directly with commercial leads in driving profitability targets, identifying financial trends, highlighting potential risks and provide insights on client incentives. You will be required to build financial models to support on deal structuring and pricing analysis. You will manage the budget and forecast process, provide commentaries and analysis on fluctuations. You will be required to prepare management reporting and financial presentation decks and build strong working relationship with regional stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be:
- Accounting degree/CA qualified with more than 5 years in the professional services sector in a FP&A/Commercial finance role
- Confident personality, driven with a "can-do" attitude to set up processes
- Strong business acumen with ability to influence / challenge non-finance stakeholders in driving towards a common goal
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders across different functions and countries
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and multitask simultaneously
