To bolster our team and enhance our capabilities, we are seeking a dedicated Field Research Specialist to conduct household visits on varying days of the week and at different time slots, ensuring optimal efforts in reaching out to respondents. We are seeking individual who are out-going and with flair to communicate.
Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Contact Specialist to join our team and assist in the data collection process. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that we reach out to respondents effectively and gather high-quality data. You will visit selected households multiple times, varying your schedule to maximise the chances of establishing contact with the residents.
· Conduct door-to-door visits to specific households as per schedules assigned
· Established contact with selected respondents and make appointment for interview
· Follow up to conduct the interview
· Conversations will be conducted mainly in English and Mandarin or Malay or Tamil
· Household status update will be input via computer tablets
· To report progress, challenges and successes directly to Project Manager
Job Requirements:
You are required to maintain a flexible schedule, visiting households on different days of the week and during various time slots to increase the likelihood of reaching respondents. Always engage in courteous and professional communication with respondents to explain the research purpose and gain their cooperation.
· 5 days a week including alternate weekends (either Saturday or Sunday)
· Working timing (12pm to 9pm)
· Frequent travel around Singapore is required
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to establish rapport with diverse households including gated community
· Patience & persistence with high level of adaptability to handle various household situations and demographics
· Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities
· Previous experience in field research or related roles is advantageous but not mandatory
· Valid driver's license and access to a own vehicle will be an advantage but not necessary
· Follow company guidelines and ethical standards to maintain data integrity and respondent confidentiality
· Job is suitable for all ages including senior workers
Compensation:
· Monthly salary at $2,800 & above
· Transport allowance
· Incentives for meeting key milestones
