Report to Senior Engineer (Civil & Structural) / Construction Manager.
Plan daily, weekly and monthly work for each section and liaise on work tasks and construction methods to be used with the foreman and workers.
Reporting to the Construction Manager for all production and labour related aspects of project.
Monitor progress of work, quality of workmanship compliance with requirements and Quality records.
Overall in-charge of construction of road tunnel, escape staircases, utilities & road diversions etc.,
Seek advice and resolve site engineering problems and with Construction Station Manager.
Assist Construction Manager in preparing materials/manpower/equipment/sub-con/supplier requirements for station works based on the baseline programme.
Monitor the progress and update Construction Manager on all issues.
Report/record events and instructions.
Check quality and quantity of subcontract work done.
Involve and pre-start meetings with sub-contractors to discuss method/progress/quality/safety and resources issues.
