Job Responsibilities:
- Overall in-charge of Concierge team as part of the total hospitality services for an average of up to 20 suites (8 – 60 persons per suite).
- Ensure Concierge team adhere to event briefing, suite manifest commentary and Concierge’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Deploy and manage an average of 8 number of Concierge.
- Assess and assign Concierge with relevant experience according to the suite hirer’s profile, including VIP guests.
- Assign Concierge for fire evacuation plan during event.
- Deploy medical first aiders hired and ensure their equipment is rightly positioned (e.g. wheelchair).
- To ensure all suites are inspected for cleanliness, functionality of facilities, Audio/Visual (LCD) and WIFI connectivity prior to event.
- Responsible for timely reporting and follow-up on rectification of defects.
- Oversee F&B service delivery and establish communication with on-site catering supervisor.
- Undertake immediate decision on service recovery, medical and / or evacuation as empowered or to escalate to the culinary management, where applicable.
- Oversee feedback form submitted by patrons during events and at best ensure the achieves desired amount of feedback.
- Account for the culinary concierge box items (e.g. miscellaneous items such as stationary, tv remote controller, etc.), uniform and related, where necessary.
Requirements:
- Min at least 2 years of experience in supervisory/team leader role in the Hospitality Industry or Airline Industry
