Job Description
§ Responsible for management of promoters of assigned products in Singapore and responsibility includes (not limiting to) payroll management, attendance, discipline, deployment and motivation of promoters.
§ Act as gate keeper to disseminate directions & sales strategies to promoters as well as handles and gathers market intelligence information.
§ Develop strategic actionable plans and actions to achieve the assigned sell-out targets of assigned products.
§ Conduct regular store visit and make improvement actions to enhance inhouse share of each stores.
§ Participate in regular internal / external meetings and share sell-out insights to relevant stakeholders.
§ customer experience with aim to increase sales and customer shopping experience.
§ Stay abreast on market dynamics, competitive benchmarking and consumer insights and trends to develop better sales and marketing strategies.
§ Responsible to regularly track, analyze, interpret campaign performance and make necessary reporting to discover insights for effective business decisions and strategies to enhance store & sales performance.
Job requirements
§ Minimum Diploma / Degree
§ Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
§ Minimum 1-2 years of working experience of promoter management
