Job description
• Work with the support team (onsite/offshore) to application code for internet/intranet -facing application
• Co-ordinate with core infrastructure team to ensure readiness of servers / databases, prepare requirement document
• Perform software installation and documentation
• Deploy software and related updates for UAT, production, testing and development.
• Perform software installation and documentation
• Promptly resolve any hosting or deployment related issues in production services
• Create and maintain detailed documentation on deployment, including sign-off for closure
• Create and maintain SIT, UAT and Prod hosted environments to support software development, testing and deployments
• You will play an active role in all the stages of the support lifecycle and support your team throughout the process.
• This role includes collaboration with multiple global cross-functional teams and requires strong communications skills and ability to work effectively.
• Support of EV Charging Station transition from EMEA and take over. Identify, track and assist in closing off gaps required for the EV Platform Product Development e.g. CI/CD pipeline. Providing pre-sales support.
• Support new EV initiative like integration with EVe for data analytics.
• Perform quality assurance activity related to EV platform.
• Perform review of documentation and assist with completion of critical documentation completeness.
• Support commercialization and platform onboarding by customer. Providing training to customer to ensure they are able to use the solution.
• Support pre-sales activity like performing technical exploratory, develop proof of concept, drafting proposal, provide presentation to customer to understand the solution.
• Support other platform such as EVA Chatbot solution for pre-sales.
Minimum Qualifications
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in documentation and generating reports
• Awareness of Software development process, code collaboration tools
• Excellent English proficiency and fluency to communicate with people at all levels.

• Able to work under pressure and short timeline
• Willing to work extended hours from time to time to support urgent pre-sales activity
