Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking as well as managing existing accounts
- Identify prospects, develop market segments, generate leads and promote our product offering
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with stakeholders
- Monitor and collect information on competitors
- Achieve assigned sales target
Requirements
- Diploma or ‘A’ levels
- 2 years sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge in medical products is an added advantage
- Experience in sales coverage for Healthcare Institutions, Clinics or Retail Pharmacies preferred
- Results oriented, good communication and correspondence skills
- Demonstrate competency in key areas including selling skills, planning and organization, analysis and presentation skills
- Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast pace environment
- Class 3 License with own mode of transport preferred
- Those with more years of relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Sales Executive role
