Primary Duties
- Assist in the maintenance of mechanical, electrical installations and equipment.
- Carry out routine inspection and servicing of the hospital's mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, air conditioning units, plumbing and sanitary systems and equipment.
- Undertake and assist the Project Department on renovation work when necessary.
- To assist the maintenance engineer in the management and maintenance of the hospital building
- To assist the maintenance engineer to plan, coordinate and oversee ad hoc maintenance work, whether carried out by in-house or by external contractors.
Requirements
- At least a NITEC or Higher NITEC in Air-conditioning / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechantronics / Building Services with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in a hospital environment
- Strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical, air - conditioning or building services
- Good with computer skills
- Able to work rotating shifts/night, 5 days work week
- 7am - 4:30pm/ 1:30pm-11pm/ 11am -8pm/ 10pm-7:30am
- Total working hours perr week is 42hours
