- Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
- Monitor of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date
- Maintain & update staff personal file
- Prepare of Monthly HR Reports
- Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement
- Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, Medical claim etc)
- Coordinate and arrange for work pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass
- Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required)
- Process employees’ insurance claim (if any)
- Compile Monthly Staff Timesheets for Payroll processing;
- Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations
- General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc
- Prepare and submit all MOM and other government bodies and statutory reports and statutory survey forms
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Office maintenance, ordering office supplies, and researching new deals and suppliers
- Management of billings and rentals
