HR cum Admin Executive

  • Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
  • Monitor of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date
  • Maintain & update staff personal file
  • Prepare of Monthly HR Reports
  • Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement
  • Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, Medical claim etc)
  • Coordinate and arrange for work pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass
  • Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required)
  • Process employees’ insurance claim (if any)
  • Compile Monthly Staff Timesheets for Payroll processing;
  • Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations
  • General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc
  • Prepare and submit all MOM and other government bodies and statutory reports and statutory survey forms
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Develop and maintain filing systems
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Office maintenance, ordering office supplies, and researching new deals and suppliers
  • Management of billings and rentals
