Job Description
· Objective – To be based at bank branch and encourage/guide customers to use online banking
· Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions over SSTs/ IB
· SMM functions (including but not limited to crowd control, ensure safe-entry and any other SMM that may be required from time to time)
· Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
· Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.
· N levels and above
· Must be comfortable to be stand the whole day
· Pleasant, dynamic and pro-active (not afraid to take initiative to approach customers)
