Job Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a positive & helpful attitude
- Assist patients with their dental appointments
- Ensure a smooth and seamless experience for the patients
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Handling patients' insurance claims
- Handling transactions
- Performing administrative duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field.
- Consistent, professional dress and manner.
- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
- Excellent computer skills.
- Customer orientated, teamplayer & responsible
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Fluent in English
