Job Description

  • Develop strong relationships to a point where he/she is viewed as a trusted product advisor internally/externally
  • Proficient in sales process to be able to meet customer needs and handle drawbacks, misunderstandings, scepticism and indifference
  • Be highly conversant with Collinson Power products/services and competitor products/services
  • Develop account plans for assigned territory to provide clarity on how he/she will gain and defend business
  • Maintain a call cycle which optimises time with customers
  • Keep up-to-date records of customer contact in CRM where required
  • Participate in industry and company events which help promote Collinson Power where required
  • Be able to support sales team achieve sales targets
  • Support the broader Singapore team develop strategies and implement in market activities which support the business grow
  • Reply email enquires and quotes
  • Attend to customer phone and enquires where required
  • Upload products and maintain ecommerce stores
  • Process ecommerce orders
  • Keep detailed up to date reports on inventory
  • Organize local/overseas exhibtions and events where required
  • Regular reports on product updates, inventory status, competitor products and anything else product related as per requested by Team Leads
  • Provide Product services and repair support where required
  • Able to read and provide Single Line Diagram
  • Provide site survey, installation and commissioning and testing of system
  • On-site troubleshooting & help desk support
  • Liaising of work flow with internal/external parties
  • Provide product support & advice to Customers
  • Good Project management Skill
  • Support operations, sales and logistics aspects of the Company

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least NITEC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent professional certifications
  • At least 2 years of working Experience in the related field is required
  • Preferably possess class 3 driving license
  • MS Office, Auto Cad, IT literate and basic networking skills
  • Must be willing to work overtime
  • Good analytical skills, problem solver, self starter and independent
  • Dedicated, flexible, resilience, thrive on challenges
  • Great adaptability to different environment/situation
  • Great team player

Compulsory Requirements

  • Singaporeans only

  • Committed and self-driven, with excellent listening and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work in a highly dynamic environment
  • Able to work well between departments
  • Independent and a good team player
  • Capable of logical and original thought with the ability to react coolly under stress
  • Good time management

Renumeration


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $1,900 to $3,800 per month depending on experience

  • Allowance provided
  • Benefits

Normal Work Days

  • Monday to Thursday (9am to 6pm)
  • Other days where required
