Assistant Creative Marketing Manager

Kimly Food Manufacturing Pte. Ltd.

We’re on the lookout for a brand custodian of Kimly Group and its subsidiaries of homegrown Food & Beverage brands from the local Coffeeshop to modern, innovative Fast Food brands.

As the Assistant Marketing Manager of Kimly & its umbrella of brands, you are responsible for driving and enhancing the F&B Marketing strategy under the leadership of the Marketing Director and Group Marketing Manager, together with the other stakeholders in the respective food departments.

We are looking for someone with a highly creative and eager-to-learn mindset who enjoys food and drinks; and can support demand generation campaigns, in response to consumer and market dynamics to grow market share, through Branding, Advertising and Promotions, Digital Marketing and Loyalty Marketing efforts.


JOB OBJECTIVES/ POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute integrated marketing communications plans and promotional activities to help with the group’s business objectives

o through effective marketing campaigns, tactics, and strategies, managing and monitoring overall marketing, communication, branding and promotion activities.

• Drive operational marketing through executing advertising, promotions and campaigns

o Design & create print/online marketing collaterals and coordinate production and logistics

o Communicate effectively and work closely with operational and service staff, internal & external stakeholders to drive footfall and conversions in-stores, online to drive sales, on marketing campaign set up

• Ensure consistency of branding and image of brands managed

• Research market/industry/competitor information for marketing and idea development to raise brand awareness and capture qualified leads

• Measure, track, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

• Manage Customer Feedback Channels


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Marketing Plan

• Planning and execution of campaigns, promotions, ad hoc requests

• Design & development of promotional material including marketing collateral and print copies.

• ensure marketing materials, including leaflets, flyers, buntings and posters are prepared according to the approved specification requirements.

• Planning specific monthly marketing and promotions activities based on the established marketing policy based on the franchise requirements of the brand(s)

• Provide support and facilitate the implementation of the marketing plan at the respective brand outlets.

• Work closely with Marketing Manager and operations team in monitoring the effectiveness of the marketing plan for specific brand(s)

• Assist in ensuring internal and external communications system are in place and carried out professionally and according to brand requirements.

• Assist in managing and ensuring effectiveness of marketing promotions/campaigns/events are carried out according to plan and within schedule and budget, such as sponsorship, opening of new outlets, launching of new products, or other activities effectively to gain public attention through various media channels.

• Update and maintain CRM database for CRM pursposes.

• Actively observe and report on social, economic and political trends that might affect the brand operations.

Manage External Agencies & Official Digital Channels

• Manage social networking for latest campaign and brand info on Facebook, Instagram, company’s website and any other official digital channels.

• Work with social media agencies on angles, stories, content creation

• Comfortable with engaging with local media, and KOLs and external partners and collaborations to ensure all efforts are effectively coordinated and executed.

• Assist in monitoring and managing the public relations activities and ensure the standard operating procedures are in place based on brand requirements.

• Update and maintain the company’s website, & third-party online channels

Maintain Networks & Strategic Partners

• Maintain cooperative relationships with delivery aggregators and strategic partners and other merchants for joint-promotion and collaborations.

• Coordinate with IT team to work with POS vendors on monthly/ad-hoc pricing and promos


REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive working attitude with a good personality.

• Results-oriented, independent, strong work ethic, and a strong team player.

• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in marketing.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business or similar subject

• Proficient in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator or any design software

• Social Media Analytics and advertising experience with a good knowledge of the F&B industry will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with ability to read and write documents in order to communicate to counterparts and client.

• Responsive in dealing with multiple stakeholders in a deadline driven environment.

• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Interested and proficiencient in latest technologies – Social Media marketing, SEO, SEM, WordPress, HTML (not a must)

• Experience in online marketplaces and e-commerce would be a plus.
