Ths is a 6 months Contract role.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Facilities Management department
- Coordinate with tenants on submission of reports/ plans
- Provide support for backend management of administrative tasks, including but not limited to checks on submissions
- Assist on tracking and coordination with tenants
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Competent in Microsoft applications SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
