Position Summary
- Provide good customer service and front desk to client and ship owner.
- Liaise with Ship Owner, Technical Managers, Agent and Owner's Contractor
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to Owners and Technical Superintendent in Business Centre.
- To assist Owners representive and Technical Superintendent for Admin Tasks.
- To assist taking lunch buffet for all Client and making the order for the vendor.
- Prepare invoice/ billing/ dealing with Finance/ Purchasing/Production/ Facility department etc for daily activities.
- To monitor and arrange the janitors to check rooms and prepare for new order.
- Replenishment for refreshment, drinking water etc for Business Centre.
- To organise any event function in Tuas yard.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- 2 years related experience in customer service or administration works.
- Working Location :Tuas
- Working Hours: 7.30am to 5.00pm (1-way company transportation provided)
