Job Description
As a 3D Specialist, you will create compelling and persuasive CGI content for digital campaigns and more. You will be working closely with our Digital Marketing team and play a key role in the overall execution of 3D assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Participating in the planning, execution, and supervision of projects, including meeting deadlines and communicating with clients or team members.
- 3D Modeling: Creating, texturing, and shading 3D objects and environments for use in various types of digital media.
- Rigging: Building the skeletal structure of 3D models to allow for realistic movement.
- Animation: Manipulating 3D models or environments to create movement and actions, including character and creature animations, camera movements, and natural environmental animations.
- Lighting: Setting up the lighting for 3D scenes to create a specific mood or look, which includes understanding color theory, shading, and rendering.
- Rendering: Processing all the 3D information (including models, textures, shaders, lighting, animation, etc.) to produce the final look or animation. Setting up the layers needed for compositing.
- Compositing and FX Simulation: Creating realistic physical and environmental effects, such as smoke, fire, water, explosions, and destruction.
- Quality Assurance: Checking 3D models, animations, and visual effects for errors and making necessary corrections.
- Any other tasks assigned
Requirements
Our ideal applicant:
- Is highly proficient in Autodesk maya
- Has a keen eye for aesthetics
- Is creative and able to conceptualize unique and compelling CGI content ideas
- Is knowledgeable in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Substance painter, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Is familiar with and an active user of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Is able to create storyboards and moodboards
- Preferably has knowledge in other Adobe software
- Is well-organized and able to manage timelines for multiple ongoing projects
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Is a team player and has a positive attitude
