Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align brand initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Monitor social content and working with agency in content creation, ensuring consistency in brand message and visual elements across social platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, competitors’ activities and pricing strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify and manage external partners to maximize brand exposure including sponsorships, sampling activities and events participation.
- Liaise with suppliers in POSM development, sourcing of premiums that are aligned with branding objectives and distribution to internal team for timely execution of trade execution.
- Assist in managing monthly expenditure and accrual reports.
- Handle CRM to answer consumers’ enquiries, feedback, complaints and work closely with Quality Assurance team on complaint reports and arrange for product exchanges.
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering agreed activities for both marketing and administration support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years in FMCG marketing with a good understanding of the full marketing mix and product life cycle management
- Experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing would be an advantage
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Positive attitude, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project management and organizational skills
