Operations
- Ensure top-up of pantry supplies and prepare the centre for opening daily
- Act as first point of contact for the centre, warmly greeting and assisting all visitors and customers
- Ensure the centre is clean, orderly and well-maintained
- Regularly inspect the centre and arrange for repairs/maintenance works when necessary
- Routinely conduct inventory checks on office and pantry supplies and requisite when necessary
Administration
- Assist to set up new users’ accounts
- Assist in supplier billing and customer invoicing
- Carry out administrative and clerical duties for the centre and for customers as required which may include filing, photocopying, laminating, faxing, mail handling
- Monitor contract expiry dates and facilitate procurement or renewal of contracts as required
Client Management
- Assist in handing over and taking over of premises when licensees move in and move out
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer, to achieve high customer satisfaction and client retention
- Handle customers’ requests in a prompt, timely and professional manner
- Manage and resolve clients’ complaints effectively to ensure a satisfactory outcome
- Monitor licence expiry dates and engage clients for timely renewals
Ad Hoc
- Organize and execute tenant engagement events, including ordering F&B and decorating the centre as necessary
- Perform ad-hoc assignments, such as assisting in the development of new centres and/or other initiatives
- Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor or Head of Unit from time to time
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated team player with pleasant personality, positive working attitude and determination to learn, achieve and excel
- Candidates with experience in customer service or contact centre will have an added advantage
- Must be prepared to work on weekends and/or public holidays, when required
