Purpose: -
Provide administrative support to music professionals relating to Teachers' Management.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Planning of teachers’ recruitment, orientation, deployment, and training.
- Act as facilitator / communicator between teachers and schools &/or HQ on all teachers matters & protocols.
- Monitor and manage teaching hours, work schedules and teachers’ feedback on admin / related office matters.
- Liaison between YMS & PEI/MOE on registration of courses, teachers, and schools (where applicable).
- Perform any ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements: -
- Diploma and above, preferably related in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in administration roles, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows.
