Strategic Account Executive

What is this role?
The Strategic Account Executive will develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts, bridge the gap to executives, and elevate Aeon Earth mindshare to a strategic position.
Your efforts will lead directly to the sales of our products and services, development of pipeline growth and sales across both new logos and current customers.

What you can expect to do?
- Strategic Account Executive will formulate and execute sales strategy to bring new customers and help grow our existing customers
- Demonstrate the ability to understand the complex IT needs of customers and offer them appropriate and advanced solutions
- Responsible for achieving sales quotas by leading all sales activities from generating leads to closing the deals
- Manage daily sales activities, pipelines, accurate forecasts and close the deals to ensure above-quota results based on logical pipeline management
- Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts while managing the entire sales-cycle from prospecting to closing the deal
- Help to bridge the gap to executives, increase wallet share, and elevate Aeon Earth to a more strategic position within all accounts
- Build trusting relationships within the sales ecosystem including partners, Jamf and Apple, and maintain strong relationships with other internal stake holders at Aeon Earth
- Use a CRM platform to document and manage sales activities
- Provide accurate, ongoing forecasting and pipeline projections
- Be a change agent within Aeon Earth to help define new models and processes to grow our business
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
- 3+ years of sales experience in IT industry (Required), preferably Security Solution selling experience
- 3+ years of sales experience to large corporations with demonstrated achievement (Required)
- Ability to deeply understand customer needs, analyse them, and make proposals that exceed customer expectations
- Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales result
- Strong ability to work independently as a self-starter, while is also a team player
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Strong self-improvement mindedness
- Adheres to the highest moral, ethical and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity
- Ability to control emotions in a high pressure fast paced sales environment
- Business level proficiency in English for clear communication with enterprise customers
