RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER

  • Must need to work on Weekends and Public holidays
  • Must have good proficiency in English, Tamil and Hindi
  • Oversee entire retail operations including sales, manpower, inventory, store planning and maintenance and weekly reporting of sales achievement.
  • Streamline the operations processes and improve efficiency and customer service standards.
  • Ensure the company’s policies and standards are communicated and implemented.
  • Oversee and ensure that the team members carry out their duties and responsibilities, including store operations, merchandise mix, stock replenishment and housekeeping.
  • Ensure all outlets maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Work alongside our team members in-stores frequently to assist and to drive sales and improve operations
  • Lead sales events, such as private sales events, pop-ups, etc.
  • Planning of roster and ensuring all outlets are adequately staffed on a daily basis
  • Responsible for cost management i.e. manpower cost, operational cost, etc.
  • Responsible for the setting up of new locations, installations and openings (including planning products display, visual merchandising, product mix and collection, etc).
  • Provide leadership and direction to the mall management team, ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the malls.
  • Monitor and control operating expenses, develop and maintain budgets, and ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales for tenants.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional events to attract shoppers and increase sales.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the malls and implement emergency response protocols as needed.
  • Create creative events, promotion and leasing to attract visitors and increase revenue.
