Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
- Schedule travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless itineraries.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas for meetings, briefings, and presentations.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communication for the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence (may require some drafting and composition).
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf.
- Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
- Conduct research and compile information for the CEO.
- Manage expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, executive assistance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proven experience in calendar and travel management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
