Our client is a 3rd party full-service supplier of logistics and engineering solutions. Currently, our client is seeking for Assistant Engineer, Facility to take charge of daily routine facility job and repair work orders.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Supervise daily routine facility jobs and repair work orders as assigned.
- Troubleshoot equipment/facility breakdown and carry out basic repairs.
- Supervise vendors’/service providers’ activities on daily routine facilities and maintenance work to ensure equipment/facility is maintained in full operational status.
- Apply and close work permits with Area/System Owners for vendors/service providers.
- Maintain all site facilities in optimum condition. Ensure all documentation related to maintenance activities are completed accurately and processed to full completion.
- Handling special projects/assignments as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.
- Supervise and train Facility Technicians on facility/maintenance system to enhance their knowledge and skill sets.
- Lead in Root Cause Analysis for equipment/facility breakdowns.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs by reviewing operations and maintenance reports and statistics.
- Inspect and maintain operating equipment/facility and systems with operational standards for facility services.
REQUIREMENT
- Possess min. Diploma in Facilities Management or any engineering principles
- Min. 3 years' relevant experience in facilities management
